The Doctrine of the Inspiration of the Bible
We believe that the Bible is verbally inspired Word of God ( Timothy 3:16, II Peter 1:23, Preserved for the English speaking
people through the 1611 King James Version
The Doctrine of the Person of God
We believe in God, the supreme personal eternal being, the source and beginning of all things, absolute in His attributes
existing in the Trinity
( Geneses 1:1-2, Psalms 53:1 )
The Doctrine of the Person of Jesus Christ
We believe in the virgin birth of the Lord Jesus Christ, His deity, His sinless life, and vicarious death. We believe in His bodily
resurrection and ascension and His personal premillennial return. ( Romans 9:5, Phillippians 2:5-11 )
The Doctrine of the Person of the Holy Spirit
We believe in the person of the Holy Spirit. We believe that He executes the divine plan for our salvation. He indwells the
believer and empowers them for service. ( John 16:7-13, Acts 5:3-4 )
The Doctrine of Man
We believe that man was created by God in His image and, by his own personal choice fell into sin and death. Therefore every
person is sinful and under condemnation. ( Geneses 1:26,27 Romans 3:23 )
The Doctrine of Salvation
We believe that salvation is wholly of Grace plus nothing and that the Lord Jesus Christ is the author and finisher of our
salvation. ( John 3:16 Acts 16:30-31 Ephesians 2:8-9 )
The Doctrine of the Security of the Believer
We believe that those who have received the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior are eternally saved. The security of the believer rests
upon the finished work of Christ on the cross of Calvary. ( I John 5:11-13 John 10:28-29 )
The Doctrine of the Church
We believe that the new Testament Church is a congregation of baptized believers practicing New Testament principles,
holding forth it's doctrines, observing it's ordinances which are baptism and the Lords Supper, exercising it's autonomy, and
proclaiming Christ's Gospel. ( Matthew 16: 16-18
The Doctrine of Heaven and Hell
We believe in the eternal blessedness of the saved in heaven and the eternal punishment of the lost or non-believers in hell. (
Revelation 21:4 Luke 16:19-31 )
The Doctrine of the Return of Christ
We believe in the eminent premillennial return of Jesus Christ ( I Thessalonians 4:13-18 John 14: 1-3 )
